Introduction to Kaballa – the Ten Sphirot {-powers} of the human soul

This is the most popular course among those travelers who are willing to turn their trip in India into a spiritual journey, with hundreds taking part every year.
The course is suitable for beginners without any former background in Judaism in general or the inner spirit of the Torah in particular.
The course includes an exciting survey on the revelation (hitgalut) of Kaballa study, its essence and contents.
The main subject of the course is the Ten Sphirot. The Ten Sphirot are the expression in the language of the Kaballa for the Ten Divine Powers acting in the universe and intensely reflected in the human soul.
The course teaches participants about ten different mental qualities which are characteristic to each one of us – each to a different extent.
The purpose of the course is to enable deep, though primary, acquaintance with ourselves and our main personal destiny in life.
This is, in fact, the road to developing self-awareness, which enables the beginning of a conscious spiritual change through control of the powers of thought, speech and deeds.

The order of study
The course takes five days. Studies begin at 10 a.m. at the Chabad House, when light refreshments are served.
There are two lessons of two hours each, with a short break between them.
At 2 o'clock, a home-made lunch is served.
Each lesson consists of a lecture, with questions and answers and the active participation of the students. The students will receive the book of Tanya and an auxiliary booklet, for the deeper study and understanding.

Registration and payment
The course costs 770 Rupees per person. This subsidized price includes the delicious food served during the course.
Registration and payment to be made in advance. The number of students in each group is limited.
For further details please contact the Chabad emissaries or call 00-91-9318-537149.

We wish you pleasant and fruitful studies
